3rd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team. As a key player in the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling, relocating, and preparing merchandise for shipment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds with physical dexterity.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
