3rd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our logistics operation, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers and management for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered equipment, and work in varying temperatures.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and prepare deliveries.
• Sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered equipment safely.
