Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year

Company Overview: Sunshine Enterprise USA LLC is offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage both payables and receivables departments.
• Handle various taxes including payroll, sales, quarterly, and 401K.
• Conduct bank reconciliations, invoicing, and month-end closings.
• Prepare journal entries, job cost sub-ledger entries, and balance GL and job cost accounts.
• Assist in the monthly closing process and the preparation of financial statements.

Qualifications:

• Construction or related industry experience preferred.
• BS in Accounting, CPA/MBA a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles including U.S. GAAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, general ledger systems, and Sage.
