Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join Civista Bank's Wealth Management team. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to the Financial Advisors and Management Team, contributing to the growth and success of Civista Bank while upholding our mission to enhance financial well-being and make a positive impact on our communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Financial Consultants in establishing new relationships with Civista Wealth Management.
  • Assist in nurturing ongoing client relationships to meet service expectations.
  • Participate in monthly audits to ensure compliance with account review standards.
  • Engage in continuous personal development to stay abreast of compliance initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties as required to support team goals.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in trust, brokerage, investment, or accounting fields is a plus.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work on computer screens and concentrate in varied work environments.
  • Effective reading, writing, and communication abilities.
  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings and training.
