Job Description
We are hiring an Assembly/Full Build professional to join our team at LC Staffing. If you are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoy hands-on work, this role is perfect for you. As an Assembly/Full Build team member, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, selecting tools, operating machinery, and ensuring quality assembly and finishing work.
Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints and job orders to set machines correctly.
- Operate machinery, observe operations, and verify conformance to specifications.
- Sharpen tools using a bench grinder and prepare surfaces for finishing.
- Ensure parts meet quality guidelines and document product data.
- Physically active role involving lifting and moving various weights.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent. Specialized training in metalworking preferred.
- Basic mechanical and metalworking skills.
- Ability to work safely and precisely.
- Effective communication skills and ability to pass a background check.
