Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at Northwest Hospital's Emergency Department. As part of our nursing leadership, you will play a crucial role in coordinating resources to ensure high-quality service delivery in alignment with our hospital's mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Provide 24-hour accountability for resource coordination to deliver exceptional service to patients.
- Ensure clinical nursing interventions are implemented effectively to improve patient outcomes.
- Lead a team with strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient needs and status.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or related field; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
- 3-5 years of nursing experience and Maryland RN License.
- American Heart Association CPR and BLS Certifications.
