Bilingual Area Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bilingual Area Supervisor to join the Stockton Maintenance Group team. As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing field cleaning crews, managing customer visits, and ensuring production efficiency in assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field cleaning crews and delegate orders.
• Manage customer visits and address complaints.
• Conduct daily meetings with operations manager and supervisors.
• Perform quality inspections and implement quality control measures.
• Communicate effectively with managers, respond to work orders, and address daily challenges.

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a cleaning supervisory role.
• Knowledge/experience in janitorial/maintenance operations.
• Flexible to work 2nd Shift and travel to various account locations.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to troubleshoot effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
