Job Description: Branch Manager and VP Service Center Operations

Responsibilities:
- Manage operations, branch profitability, and enhance member experience.

- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiencies, and compliance.
- Recruit high performers and ensure optimal service levels.
- Recommend improvements in policies, processes, and training initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2-4 year degree in Business or related field.
- 3-5 years' management experience in a financial service center or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, lending, compliance, and software systems.
- Excellent communication and sales coaching skills.
- Ability to establish positive relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
