Responsibilities:

  • Manage operations, branch profitability, and enhance member experience.
  • Develop team members to achieve business results and deepen engagement.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, efficiencies, and compliance.
  • Recruit high performers and ensure optimal service levels.
  • Recommend improvements in policies, processes, and training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 year degree in Business or related field.
  • 3-5 years' management experience in a financial service center or similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, lending, compliance, and software systems.
  • Excellent communication and sales coaching skills.
  • Ability to establish positive relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
