Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Care Partner to join our Terrace Club neighborhood team. In this role, you will provide compassionate care and support to residents, ensuring their well-being and creating a safe, comfortable environment.
Responsibilities
- Promoting alliance with residents to facilitate successful days.
- Providing hands-on care and emotional support based on Individualized Service Plans.
- Maintaining a home-like and secure environment.
Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED, age 18 or older.
- Previous senior care experience preferred.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and remain calm in challenging situations.
