Sevita, a part of the REM Community Services family, is seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver at Sevita, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will assist with personal care, support daily activities, and foster a nurturing environment for our participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Implement individualized care plans and goals.
• Engage participants in community integration and social activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in caregiving or human services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle.
