Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Charge Nurse (RN) for our Med Surg/Tele unit to join our team at Manatee Memorial Hospital. This is a full-time nights position where you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our patients. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent patient care on the Med Surg/Tele unit during night shifts.
- Receive a bedside differential as part of your compensation package.
- Potential for a sign-on bonus based on experience level.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient well-being.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Florida.
- Current BLS and ACLS through American Heart Association.
- Minimum of one year of acute care experience in cardiac telemetry.
- BSN preferred, management experience is a plus.
