Job Description
At NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center, Laboratory Technologists are redefining the limits of science and medicine. We study some of the most complex and rarely seen medical conditions - with unmatched energy and expertise. Join our team as a Laboratory Technologist in Special Chemistry with a focus on immunosuppressive drug testing, Fetal Defect Markers, and Anti-Thyroids.
This is a day shift position including alternating weekends and rotating holidays at our Columbia campus in Upper Manhattan/Washington Heights.
Competitive sign-on bonus up to $10K:
- New graduates eligible
- Experiential bonus commensurate with experience
- Additional bonus for night shift
Preferred Criteria
- One to three years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting in Special Chemistry or Chemistry; New graduates are welcomed to apply
- ASCP certification
Required Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology (or equivalent curriculum)
- Clinical Laboratory Technologist licensure from the New York State Education Department
