Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Rental Fence Installation Foreman at American Fence Company. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for managing the installation, removal, and repair of rental fence panels while ensuring exceptional customer service and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Prepare site areas for fence installation.
- Align and pound posts into the ground.
- Install fence rail supports and privacy panels.
- Field repair and stabilize temporary fence panels.
- Work with customers to meet site specifications.
- Inspect, remove, and transport rental fence panels.
- Complete administrative tasks and safety checks.
Skills & Experience Required
Skills: Attention to detail, proficiency with air/hand/power tools, ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
Experience: 1+ year in heavy construction, 1+ year driving large commercial vehicles, 1+ year supervising, prior fencing experience preferred. Must have valid driver's license and clean record.
