Foundever is seeking a Customer Services Specialist (Inbound Calls Only) to join our team. As a vital part of our customer service department, you will handle inbound service calls, drive customer satisfaction through various communication channels, and engage in ongoing training and skill development. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service calls and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications.
• Navigate through multiple systems and tools efficiently.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.
