Responsibilities
- Provide support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily tasks and activities.
- Assist with life skills, personal care, medication administration, and transportation.
- Work collaboratively in a residential home setting to create a nurturing and empowering atmosphere.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift and assist individuals with mobility needs.
