Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician 1 to join our team at Charter Next Generation in Bloomer, WI. As a crucial member of our production team, you will be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical equipment and systems following safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with supervisors and co-workers to ensure efficient production line operations.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and special projects under the guidance of the Electrical Engineer.
• Adhere to electrical safety rules, technical drawings, and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Associate degree in electromechanical technology, electrical/electronic technology, mechanical technology, or plastics technology.
• 3-5 years of electrical maintenance experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and decision-making ability.
• Effective communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
• Ability to work on a cement production floor and lift up to 65 pounds.
