Job Title: Epic Health Information Management (HIM) Analyst - Remote
UnitedHealth Group is seeking an experienced Epic Health Information Management Analyst to join our growing EHR Services practice. As part of our team, you will be at the forefront of healthcare technology, driving innovation and enhancing healthcare delivery systems. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage HIM configuration changes and builds, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
- Translate user requirements into design specifications and review with clients for accuracy.
- Lead Epic software upgrade initiatives and workflow enhancements.
- Act as a mentor/expert to team members and liaise between Operations and IT.
- Provide on-site support during go-lives and system upgrades.
- Develop and maintain application-specific training materials.
- Adhere to organization standards for system configuration and change control.
- Build strong relationships with end-users, customers, and business partners.
Required Qualifications:
- Active Epic certification in at least two areas.
- 5+ years of direct client experience and 4+ years of Epic healthcare experience.
- Knowledge of relevant applications and revenue cycle metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of Epic CEE for certifications maintenance.
- Experience in team management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Key Competencies:
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Epic EMR and implementation lifecycle.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Salary Range: $88,000 to $173,200 annually.*
