Job Description
We are looking for an Experienced Medical Assistant to join HealthSource of Ohio, a not-for-profit community health center committed to providing quality, patient-centered care for all individuals. Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and co-workers.
- Room patients and obtain visit information.
- Perform front-office and back-office duties.
- Assist with medication and pre-authorizations.
Requirements
- Completion of a Medical Assisting program.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Certification or Registration as a Medical Assistant.
