Job Description
We are looking for a Facilities Equipment Engineer to join our team at Middle River Aerostructure Systems. In this role, you will play a key part in managing industrial equipment availability through predictive and preventative measures, ensuring uptime and coordinating with maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and forecast critical spares to support equipment uptime.
- Create and manage complex Excel files with VBA scripting.
- Track and update spare parts inventory, purchase orders, and maintenance schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance equipment health and performance.
- Assist in facility project development and cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA tools.
- Knowledge of CNC, Robotics, OEM drawings, and Electrical Schematics.
Desired Characteristics
- Experience in Aerospace Assembly, Machine Shop, or Composites Manufacturing.
- Skills in Continuous Improvement, CAD design, and Additive Manufacturing.
- Inventory management and Mechanical/Electrical Systems understanding.
