Job Description

Rize Home is looking for a Help Desk Specialist - Tier 2 to join our team in Cleveland. This role involves supporting, troubleshooting, and assisting users with desktops and applications while actively contributing to IT infrastructure security and improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for desktops, applications, and ERP system tasks.
  • Manage PC setups and user interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot user issues and maintain the help desk ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with IT Manager on cloud services migration.
  • Ensure IT infrastructure security through patch management and security architecture updates.
  • Suggest improvements to IT processes and deliver training sessions to employees.
  • Work with vendors for issue resolution and update applications.
  • Monitor email, network security, backup processes, and EDI processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 1-3 years of IT support experience.
  • Knowledge/experience in NetSuite, Windows Server, Active Directory, Sophos Firewall, and more.
