As a key member of our team, you will supervise staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all patient services.
• Provide thorough documentation for patient care and staff performance.
• Supervise Care staff and support the Administrator.
• Deliver direct patient care, including case management, care planning, and optimizing staffing resources.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure and nursing education from an approved school.
• 5 years of clinical nursing experience across various settings; 3 years in home health preferred.
• Expertise in homecare regulations and case management.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using computer applications.
• Leadership experience and CPR certification.
