Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Home Delivery Driver to join our team at Slumberland Furniture. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery and set-up of merchandise for our valued customers. Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery team in inspecting, loading, delivering, and setting up merchandise for customers.
- Deliver merchandise safely and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain clean delivery vehicles and perform daily vehicle maintenance.
- Handle all trucks and equipment properly to prevent injury or damage.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow directions, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work day shifts throughout the week in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass DOT requirements, criminal background check, and drug screening.
