Industrial Services Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Industrial Services Project Manager to join Heritage-Crystal Clean, Inc., a leading company in the environmental services industry. As the Plant Vacuum Sales and Service Rep, you will be responsible for handling approved waste streams at customer locations using a Class A Vacuum Truck. This role involves ensuring safe operations, maintaining compliance with regulations, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and practice safe work behaviors according to company guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service in the assigned geographical area.
• Efficiently manage work orders to reduce travel time.
• Inspect and operate vehicles and equipment safely.
• Vacuum approved waste streams into the truck from customer containers.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and neatly.
• Meet sales quotas for revenue and new customer acquisition.
• Adhere to corporate policies and standards including EHS, human resources, and operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Preferably, experience in route sales and with Class A tanker trucks.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain a Class A CDL with Airbrake and Tanker Endorsement.
• Ability to wear necessary personal protective equipment.
• Physical ability to lift hoses and access waste streams safely.
