Position Description
Join our team as a Janitor at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. You will be responsible for performing janitorial duties, including cleaning restrooms, floors, trash disposal, and other maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Notify leaders of supplies and equipment needed.
- Safeguard company property and report incidents.
- Clean up spills and stock supplies.
- Service and clean restrooms.
- Empty trash and recycling.
- Clean floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Follow safety rules and values of trust, collaboration, engagement, ownership, and innovation.
- Perform other assigned duties.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School education/GED or equivalent work experience
- One year experience in janitorial services or related field
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license, clean MVR, background check, and drug screen
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently
