Position Description
We are looking for a dedicated Janitor to join our team at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation at our facility, including cleaning restrooms, floors, disposing of trash, and other general cleaning tasks.
Starting Pay: $14.50 / Hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Notify leader of supplies and equipment needed.
- Safeguard company property.
- Stock refrigerators and set up conference rooms.
- Service and clean restrooms.
- Gather and empty trash and recycling.
- Clean building floors, furniture, and windows.
- Follow safety protocols and Goodwill Core Values.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School education/GED or equivalent work experience.
- One year experience in janitorial services or related field.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
- Proficient in English.
