Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Problem Management Specialist in CRM at Discover Financial Services. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the life-cycle of Corporate Risk Management Problems, identifying root causes, minimizing future impacts, and collaborating with various teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the life-cycle of assigned problems, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate actions to resolve issues.
  • Ensure service level agreements are met, maintain problem inventory, and propose process improvements.
  • Mentor Service Support Specialists and contribute to process enhancements.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Business, Information Technology, Mathematics, Analytics, or Statistics.
  • 4+ years of experience in Consumer Banking Call Center Operations or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and 1+ years of risk management or people management experience.
