Position Summary
The LPN delivers quality care within the scope of practice, overseeing patient monitoring and executing delegated tasks. The role involves implementing nursing care plans, wound care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate from an LPN program.
- Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of employment.
- CPR certification.
- Demonstrated aptitude through clinical competencies.
Essential Functions
- Utilize systematic approach to meet patient health needs.
- Implement nursing care within LPN scope, including teaching plans.
- Provide wound care, administer medications, monitor vital signs.
- Document actions and perform other nursing duties as assigned.
