Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for full-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join Rochester Manor for evening and night shifts. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions. Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, record observations, and report changes in condition.
• Contribute to care assessments and planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Supervise and oversee care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification (if required).
