Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are currently looking for part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team at Mountain Ridge. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe condition, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
