Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Elm Wood on a per-diem basis. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide efficient and effective nursing care, contributing to positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and report changes in condition.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing licensure or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
