Job Description

Position Highlights
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure safe nursing care coverage.
- Provide guidance and supervision to unit staff.
- Identify educational needs and develop training programs in collaboration with the Nurse Educator.
- Oversee medication management to maintain adequate supplies and compliance with policies.
- Deliver direct patient care to uphold skills.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of licensed practical nursing.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Examiners of Nurses.
- Minimum of one year of nurse management experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
