Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our exceptional team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining residential apartment homes and property areas, performing repairs, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our properties.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance of residential apartment homes and property areas.
- Conduct repairs in areas such as small appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Respond to emergency calls according to company policy.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Skills Required
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with great customer service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance experience.
- Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA certification and exceptional safety skills.
- Own personal tools and preferably a vehicle.
- Ability to work weekends and travel within the region.
- Physical ability to lift over 50lbs, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Knowledge of equipment functions and appliances.
