Job Description
Mayroad is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in Eielson AFB, AK, Fairbanks, AK, North Pole, AK areas. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our residential properties and various assets, ensuring their physical condition and appearance are at the highest standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on residential properties and community amenities.
- Respond to emergency, urgent, and routine work orders promptly.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance activities.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and building systems.
- Ensure building safety and appearance standards are met.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in residential maintenance.
- Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical systems.
- Ability to prioritize work orders and work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Work Environment
This role involves working in residential environments, sometimes under challenging conditions. Physical demands include heavy lifting and various manual tasks.
Travel
Minimal travel required.
Compensation
Yearly salary range: $23.1-29.62.
