Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team at DISH. As a crucial member of our organization, you will deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to our customers, ensuring an exceptional experience for every home you visit. This role offers guaranteed promotion after six months with a $1.00 per hour pay increase, as well as performance incentives of up to $6,400 in the first year and $9,100 each following year. In addition, you will receive paid training, paid time off, paid holidays, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Represent DISH in customers' homes while delivering TV and Smart Home solutions.
- Educate and connect more Americans with cutting-edge technology and infinite smart home possibilities.
Requirements
- Aptitude to build rapport quickly and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to work at heights, including ladders up to 40 feet, and in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift over 70 lbs and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel as required.
