Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Salary: $22-28 per hour
Sandri Energy is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general building and grounds repairs and maintenance at our main office in Greenfield and company-owned locations in Western MA, VT, and NH. The ideal candidate will have prior construction or commercial building maintenance experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to learn new skills on the job.
Responsibilities:
- Installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of building exteriors, parking areas, and interior finishes.
- Safely operate a company vehicle and various hand tools.
- Assist with renovation and construction projects, including general labor, carpentry, and tile installation.
- Conduct initial assessments of building and grounds issues.
- Perform safety and preventive maintenance audits.
- Assist tradespeople, contractors, and inspectors accessing the building.
- Share on-call coverage for emergencies and assist with winter plowing and snow removal.
