Job Description
Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join the team at Pioneer Ridge Apartments in Oregon City. This role involves a variety of tasks including repairs, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, janitorial services, and pool maintenance for the 296-unit apartment community.
Responsibilities
- Performing repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Working with a team to ensure the property is well-maintained.
- Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Participating in after-hours emergency response as needed.
Requirements
- Two years of previous apartment maintenance experience.
- Basic knowledge of various maintenance tasks including landscaping, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
- Experience with pool maintenance is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and operate maintenance equipment.
