Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team at GoldOller Real Estate Investments. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks related to apartment homes and property upkeep. This position offers a $1,500 retention bonus and the potential to earn over $2K per year in commissions.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance of residential apartment homes, building exteriors, interiors, and public areas.
- Conduct small appliance, plumbing, electrical, and other repairs.
- Respond to emergency calls according to company policy.
Skills and Requirements
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and customer service-focused.
- Minimum of one year of multifamily facilities/apartment maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- EPA certification and exceptional safety skills.
- Ability to lift over 50lbs and perform physical tasks.
