Job Description
CRMG is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to maintain the Gateway Park Apartments in NE Portland. This role involves daily upkeep, repairs, landscaping, and essential maintenance tasks under experienced guidance. If you have maintenance experience, enjoy working independently or in a team, and have a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.

Gateway Park Apartments - NE Portland
Salary
$23-$25/hr, FT, Monday-Friday, 40 hrs/week
Additional Compensation
$50.00 monthly cell phone stipend, mileage reimbursement

Requirements
- 1 year maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of various maintenance tasks
- Pool maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Understanding of safety rules and regulations
