Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Meat & Seafood Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at Plum Market. As the Meat & Seafood Merchandiser, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest service, maintaining product quality, and ensuring operational excellence within the Meat and Seafood department.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic merchandising plans to showcase the best seasonal offerings and uphold quality standards.
• Provide strong leadership to team members, fostering their growth and development to achieve departmental goals.
• Drive innovative product development initiatives and introduce unique products to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain inventory control through meticulous monitoring of purchasing, stock levels, and supplier relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in meat and seafood merchandising.
• Demonstrated proficiency in butchery techniques, product knowledge, and merchandising strategies.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a strong commitment to guest service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation

$23-26 per hour.
