Shift: M-F 8am - 5pm; on-call; flexible schedule

POSITION SUMMARY/JOB PURPOSE:

The MST Therapist at PermiaCare provides intensive family and community-based treatment to at-risk youth and their families. The role involves short-term, community-based clinical interventions aimed at promoting pro-social behavior and preventing juvenile justice involvement.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health.
• Texas Driver's license and clean driving record required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Conduct MST assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain caseload, document treatment, and ensure compliance.
• Participate in training and development activities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

• Ability to engage systems and key participants.
• Knowledge of MST principles and performance contracts.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Light lifting, walking, standing, driving.
• Other requirements as specified.
