We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join us as a New Site Opening Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and successful staging and openings of new facilities that provide services to clients with autism spectrum disorder. Your success will be measured by your adherence to Centria policies, flawless execution of tasks, positive customer service experience, and opening facilities within the designated budget.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage project plans for opening new autism treatment facilities.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external parties to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assess site suitability and coordinate facility preparation.
  • Manage procurement and installation of necessary supplies, equipment, and technology.
  • Be the liaison for all internal and external parties during the staging process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, finance, construction, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in construction or new site openings.
  • Multi-site project management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions

  • Approximately 80% of the time will be spent traveling.
  • Occasional non-traditional work hours may be required.

Physical requirements such as bending, reaching, and lifting may be needed.
