Job Description
Setting Standards, Changing Lives. NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Groups (NYPMG) is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for Urology at NYP Hudson Valley Medical Group. The workweek is 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:00pm, with a varying schedule and on-call coverage as needed in Crompond, Northern Westchester County.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the specialty of Urology.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess and manage urologic patients.
- Contribute to the development of nursing and medical standards of care for urology patients.
Requirements
- National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in the specialty of practice.
- Urology experience.
- BSN and Master's Degree in the specialty of practice or completed alternative certification requirements for graduates of nurse practitioner programs prior to April 1, 1989.
- Current NYS RN license and current NYS Nurse Practitioner license.
- Minimum 3 years Nurse Practitioner experience.
