Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join the LifeBridge Health team in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment, including day and night shifts. As a Staff Nurse at Grace Medical Center, you will be providing nursing care to patients, collaborating with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to ensure quality care delivery, and maintaining a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with protocols and guidelines.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise plans of care based on patient needs.
- Assess patients for changes that may impact recovery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
- Provide a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is desired.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center boasts state-of-the-art design with 17,000 square feet of technology and amenities for emergency care. The department features private treatment rooms, negative pressure rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis of various conditions.
