Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols. You will collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to ensure quality care delivery and maintain a safe patient care environment. The ideal candidate will have a Graduate of accredited School of Nursing, current RN licensure, and 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years of other acute care experience. BLS, ACLS, PALS, Hazmat certifications are required, with Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
Unit Details
The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center features state-of-the-art design and amenities for emergency care. With 29 private treatment rooms, a providers' station, negative pressure rooms, and a behavioral health treatment pod, the department is equipped to provide personalized care to each patient. The department also houses the latest CT Scanner for early diagnosis purposes.
