NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health's Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and protocols. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care and maintain a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care following best practices and standards.
• Assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare professionals for optimal care.
• Maintain clinical competency and knowledge.
• Ensure a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Services experience or 3-5 years of acute care experience.
• BLS certification required, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• PALS and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
