Operations Director

Job Description

Anderson Dahlen is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead the operations team in executing the production plan across multiple sites. As part of the Gray family of companies, you will play a pivotal role in driving safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to identify and implement improvements.
• Accountable for safety, quality, productivity, and delivery performance.
• Lead Master Scheduling and Planning for resource optimization.
• Develop strategies to meet business goals efficiently.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement principles.
• Establish departmental policies, practices, and performance goals.
• Allocate resources based on business priorities.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve company objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in operations management, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in food & beverage, industrial, pharmaceutical, and/or vacuum manufacturing.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing and familiarity with ISO 9001 and ASME.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on safety culture and team building.

Physical Requirements

This role involves operating a computer in an office environment.
