Job Description
Ophthalmic Specialists of Michigan (OSM) is seeking a dependable and highly motivated Ophthalmic Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with clinic physicians to conduct a variety of advanced medical tests crucial for accurate diagnosis. An excellent training program is provided for this position.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient work-ups, refraction, and ancillary testing such as OCT, Visual Field, and IOL measurement.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff members.
- Utilize computer skills for patient records and test results.
Requirements
- Prior experience in ophthalmic patient care.
- Strong computer skills and communication abilities.
