Job Description
We are hiring for a rewarding position as an Outpatient Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC) at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. based in Medford, Oregon. As a CADC, you will conduct ASAM Assessments, develop treatment plans, provide therapy, and support clinical services implementation. This role involves managing a caseload, adhering to evidence-based practices, and offering strength-based, trauma-informed care. Join us and make a difference in the mental health field!
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)
Compensation
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE/Credentials. Additional 5% Language Differential for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates.
Requirements
- Certified as a CADC through MHACBO
- 6 months of CADC work experience
- Pass criminal background check
Physical Requirements
This position involves physical tasks, crisis de-escalation, and CPR trainings. Reasonable accommodations can be made.
