Job Description
TPC Network is seeking Outside Operations Staff to join our team at TPC Louisiana in Avondale, LA. As a part-time member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring their golfing experience is seamless and enjoyable.
Responsibilities
- Assist PGA TOUR players, members, and guests with their golfing needs.
- Greet and welcome members and guests upon arrival.
- Ensure golf cars are prepared and stocked for play.
- Conduct continuous maintenance and cleanliness of the golf car facility.
- Offer assistance with club cleaning and storage for members and guests.
- Enforce club rules and policies to maintain a high standard of service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a country club setting.
Physical Demands and Working Environment
This position requires physical activity, including lifting and maneuvering objects up to 25 pounds. It also involves exposure to various outdoor weather conditions.
