Salary: Up to $18.00/hr plus $1000 Sign-on Bonus

Type: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem Available

In this role, you will be responsible for providing overnight supervision and support to the young individuals in our care, ensuring their safety and well-being during critical hours. Responsibilities:

• Assist second shift faculty in completing bedtime routines
• Conduct bed-checks and provide crisis support to students
• Celebrate student successes and reinforce positive behavior
• Participate in program meetings and execute life-relevant programming
• Document service delivery effectively and professionally

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Satisfactory completion of background checks
